Nos dias 19 e 20 de março de 2026, o Comité Económico e Social Europeu (CESE) acolherá, nas suas instalações em Bruxelas, o seu evento anual dedicado à juventude, A tua Europa, a tua voz! Esta assembleia de dois dias reúne estudantes do ensino secundário (dos 16 aos 18 anos), jovens adultos (dos 18 aos 25 anos) e educadores de todos os Estados-Membros da UE, dos países candidatos e do Reino Unido.
Através de seminários e sessões colaborativas em inglês, os participantes irão explorar em conjunto os principais temas com mais importância para os jovens na Europa. Professores do ensino secundário, alunos e jovens adultos — esta é a vossa oportunidade de dar início a conversas construtivas.
O evento «A tua Europa, a tua voz!» incentiva o diálogo aberto, a escuta ativa e a participação cívica. É um espaço onde as vozes dos jovens são ouvidas e as ideias são partilhadas para além de fronteiras e origens.

🚀International Opportunity – Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) in Verona, Italy!
ORIEL APS (Verona) is currently looking for new candidates to join the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme from late November 2025, for a period of up to 6 months.
The EYE programme is a European cross-border exchange that supports aspiring or newly established entrepreneurs. Participants spend time abroad working within a host organisation, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to daily operations — with a monthly financial contribution to support living and travel expenses.
✨ Who are we looking for?
Motivated individuals who:
✔️ are 18+ (preferably 18–30, but no upper age limit applies);
✔️ have interest or experience in youth work, non-formal education, volunteering, Erasmus+ / European Solidarity Corps projects, or EU project design and management;
✔️ wish to develop entrepreneurial and project management skills in a dynamic NGO environment;
✔️ have IT/digital skills (graphic design, social media, data organisation, digital tools) — an asset that will be positively considered.
🎯 What will you do in Verona?
During the exchange, the selected participant will:
🔸 support ORIEL’s local and European activities;
🔸 gain hands-on experience in EU project writing, coordination, budgeting and facilitation;
🔸 assist in organising workshops, events and non-formal education activities;
🔸 learn how to manage partnerships and networks within EU programmes.
💡 This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to develop practical skills in EU project design, youth work, facilitation and community engagement, while becoming fully immersed in ORIEL’s ecosystem in Verona.

Financiamento para apoiar cobertura mediática independente de assuntos europeus
A Comissão Europeia lançou um convite à apresentação de propostas com um orçamento de 7,4 milhões de euros para apoiar a cobertura mediática independente de assuntos da União Europeia por redações de órgãos de comunicação social a nível europeu.
Dado que continua a ser premente debater a esfera pública europeia, o presente convite à apresentação de propostas concede apoio a meios de comunicação social que pretendam constituir parcerias para prestar informação sobre assuntos europeus, proporcionando aos cidadãos da UE uma perspetiva transnacional sobre a atualidade.
Será concedido financiamento para 2 a 4 projetos que arranquem no início de 2026, por um período de 24 meses, e que se centrem na produção e curadoria de notícias e em programação baseada em factos. O prazo de candidatura é 29 de setembro de 2025.
Este é o segundo convite à apresentação de propostas para apoiar plataformas de comunicação social independentes, seguindo-se a uma primeira iniciativa bem-sucedida em 2022 que apoiou o desenvolvimento de três projetos neste domínio. O presente convite à apresentação de propostas faz parte das Ações Multimédia, que financiam informação geral, notícias e programas sobre a UE para o público a partir de uma perspetiva europeia.

Se tens uma licenciatura e nível C de inglês, francês ou alemão, entre outros requisitos, tens até 15 de março para submeter a tua candidatura!
Podem candidatar-se cidadãos da União Europeia e de países terceiros e os selecionados receberão um subsídio mensal.
Na Comissão Europeia é igualmente possível fazer um estágio de tradução, por exemplo, ou um estágio científico no Centro Comum de Investigação. Candidatos com as mais diversas formações académicas são bem-vindos!
Os estagiários são recrutados em toda a Comissão Europeia/serviços/agências, principalmente em Bruxelas, mas também no Luxemburgo e em toda a União Europeia.
Os estagiários adquirem experiência prática na elaboração das políticas da UE num ambiente multicultural.
O que se pode esperar de um estágio na Comissão Europeia?
- Familiarizar-se com os procedimentos e as políticas das instituições europeias;
- Participar no trabalho diário da Comissão Europeia;

As Bolsas de Pós-Doutoramento oferecem aos investigadores doutorados a oportunidade de adquirir novas competências através da formação avançada e da mobilidade internacional, interdisciplinar e intersetorial.
O convite à apresentação de propostas de 2025 para as bolsas de pós-doutoramento das Ações Marie Sklodowska-Curie (MSCA) está aberto desde 8 de maio de 2025.
As subvenções visam melhorar o potencial criativo e inovador dos investigadores doutorados, com um orçamento de 404,3 milhões de euros. Ajudarão os investigadores a adquirir novas competências, a desenvolver as suas carreiras e a adquirir experiência internacional, interdisciplinar e intersetorial, trabalhando noutro país.
Estas bolsas de prestígio são também um trampolim nas carreiras dos investigadores. Permitem-lhes reforçar a cooperação em investigação com as principais equipas e figuras científicas em todo o mundo.
O convite à apresentação de propostas encerrará a 10 de setembro de 2025 e prevê-se que financie quase 1650 projetos.

O convite está aberto a candidaturas em qualquer domínio científico, incluindo a investigação Euratom.

- Bolsas Europeias de Pós-Doutoramento, abertas a investigadores de qualquer nacionalidade para realizarem um projeto personalizado na União Europeia (UE) ou em países associados ao Horizonte Europa durante um período máximo de 24 meses
- Bolsas mundiais de pós-doutoramento, abertas a nacionais ou residentes de longa duração de países associados à UE e ao Horizonte Europa que pretendam trabalhar com organizações de países terceiros por um período de 12 a 24 meses, antes de regressarem à Europa durante 12 meses
O regime incentiva os investigadores a adquirirem experiência fora do meio académico, dando-lhes a oportunidade de solicitar um período adicional de seis meses no final da sua bolsa para realizar um estágio numa organização não académica na Europa.
Condições aplicáveis aos investigadores e às organizações
As Bolsas de Pós-Doutoramento MSCA estão abertas a investigadores pós-doutorados de todo o mundo, de qualquer nacionalidade e em qualquer fase da carreira, com um máximo de 8 anos de experiência de investigação após o seu doutoramento.
Aplicam-se algumas exceções e condições específicas, por exemplo, para as Bolsas Globais de Pós-Doutoramento.
Os investigadores devem desenvolver uma candidatura com o seu potencial supervisor e candidatar-se em conjunto com a sua futura organização de acolhimento, que pode ser
- uma universidade
- uma instituição ou instalação de investigação
- uma empresa, pequena ou média empresa
- um governo, uma instituição pública ou um organismo
- um museu, um hospital ou uma ONG
- qualquer outra organização
com sede num Estado-Membro da UE ou num país associado ao Horizonte Europa.
A partir de janeiro de 2025, a Suíça beneficia de disposições transitórias em vigor para os países em processo de associação ao Horizonte Europa. Por conseguinte, as entidades suíças podem candidatar-se e ser avaliadas no âmbito do convite à apresentação de propostas deste ano nas mesmas condições que outros países associados ao Horizonte Europa. No entanto, as propostas selecionadas deixarão de ser tratadas como estando estabelecidas num país associado se o acordo de associação não for aplicável no momento da assinatura da convenção de subvenção. Marrocos e o Egito também beneficiam de disposições transitórias na abertura do convite à apresentação de propostas.
Os investigadores que se candidatem a bolsas globais terão de procurar obter o compromisso de uma organização sediada num país terceiro, uma vez que realizarão a sua investigação nesse país por um período de 12 a 24 meses.
O convite está aberto a investigadores que pretendam reintegrar-se na Europa, a pessoas deslocadas por conflitos, bem como a investigadores com elevado potencial que pretendam recomeçar as suas carreiras.
Bolsas EEI
Os investigadores que se candidatem a uma bolsa europeia normalizada com uma organização de acolhimento num «país de alargamento» (ou seja, um país com taxas de participação mais baixas no Horizonte Europa) podem optar por ser considerados para o convite à apresentação de propostas para bolsas do EEI.
Serão atribuídas cerca de 45 bolsas ERA a candidatos excelentes que não tenham sido selecionados no âmbito do convite à apresentação de propostas para bolsas de pós-doutoramento MSCA devido a restrições orçamentais.

Prémios dos Fundos Europeus
Competição visa promover o desenvolvimento social, económico e ambiental com o apoio da União Europeia.
Os Prémios dos Fundos Europeus têm o objetivo de promover e destacar projetos financiados pela União Europeia em Portugal, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento social, económico e ambiental nos territórios onde são implementados.

Estágios na Comissão Europeia
Todos os anos, a Comissão Europeia propõe estágios remunerados de cinco meses. Inscrições abertas para a sessão de outubro de 2025 até 17 de março de 2025.
Se tens uma licenciatura e nível C de inglês, francês ou alemão, entre outros requisitos, tens até 31 de agosto para submeter a tua candidatura!
Podem candidatar-se cidadãos da União Europeia e de países terceiros e os selecionados receberão um subsídio mensal.
